100% First Year Breeding Season Guaranteed against injury that renders bull incapable of breeding. Breeding Season is defined as the first 90 days following the first turnout. Only bulls over 18 months of age at the time of purchase and have not been allowed to run with any more than 20 cows are guaranteed. Replacement Value is Purchase Price minus any salvage value. Bill of Sale must be provided to Hagen Farms, TOWARDS A REPLACEMENT BULL, and IF AND WHEN ONE IS AVAILABLE. A licensed veterinarian must diagnose any injured bulls at the buyer's expense. Injury details by the veterinarian were provided to Hagen Farms within 72 hours of injury and before the injured bull is sold for salvage. Injury or loss caused by acts of nature/God, including but not limited to lightning, tornadoes, blizzards, freezing cold, fires, drowning, injury or loss from disease, and feed intake are covered. Injuries or loss caused by any human-caused injury or loss, hauling, motor vehicles, equipment, or trains are not covered.
